About Jane
Jane was born on the snow at the Mt Ruapehu ski field. This cold start to life may explain why the novels she writes are so hot.
Continuing life as she started, Jane is into every kind of extreme known to womankind, and the characters in her books are too.
The picture (right) is of Jane on a bad hair day--of which there are many.

Oscar Wilderness interviews Jane Smith
Oscar W:
Tell us about the first real story you wrote.
Jane:
Well, I emulate everyone; ergo, I have an enthusiasm for the letter "E", and for the extreme elements of early historical example. So when I was exactly ten years old I chose, for my earliest school essay, the exposition "The Count of Mont-E-Christo".
Oscar W:
Hasn't that been done already?
Jane:
I can assure you mine was unique entirely. Many have tried--erroneously--to emulate my expressiveness. To epitomize, in educed emotional essence, the Count and his mistress were expostulating ebulliently, but because I used an especially expressive e-word true to the era, my essay was exprobated as R-18, and then expropriated. They enunciated my early age as an excuse.
Oscar W:
So what did you do?
Jane:
Well, I eagerly enfaced extra essays which I excluded from the educational environment--and I effect that, even now, as expected.
Oscar W:
What? You're saying you don't take essays to school any more?
Jane:
Exactly.
The elocution exhausted the endearing Oscar, and he ere long expired.
